For AYCE Hot Pot, everyone in the party must also get AYCE. Guests in your party that have not partaken will still be charged the per person price.
18% Service charge will automatically be added to parties of 6 or more.
Leftover soup and food from AYCE Hot Pot cannot be taken to-go and you will be charged for any leftover food more than 8oz at regular price. Ask for sample size or smaller portions if you are unsure you can finish your food.
To help prevent food waste, you are limited to 12 items per round.
Cannot change or switch your broth base after it is made. Please ask our servers for broth recommendations/descriptions if you are unsure what to choose. Broth refills will either be our basic pork bone base or boiled water for our vegan broths.
Please let your server know about any relevant allergies or dietary restrictions. Hot Pot Hero is not responsible for your health conditions. It is best to consult with your doctor before engaging in AYCE dining. Consuming raw or undercooked animal foods may increase your risk of contracting a foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
*Due to government regulations during this pandemic, only 25% of our restaurant can be occupied and no more than 6 people can be seated at one table/booth. If you have a party of 7/+ expect to be seated at separate tables/booths.
Please bring a mask, especially if you're planning on dining in. You will be required to wear a mask anywhere within our premises, including entering, exiting, going to the bathroom, using the sauce bar. You may take your mask off only while you are eating at your assigned table.
